Why solar panels

Improve your housing stock

Solar panels help you move toward energy label A, lower living costs for tenants and tangible sustainability results.

Toward energy label A by 2030

Solar panels are a proven step in making your housing stock more sustainable and help you meet 2030 targets.

Lower energy costs for tenants

An investment in solar panels should lead to lasting savings on tenants' energy bills. That is what we aim for.

Benefit after net metering ends

The Dutch net metering scheme ends on 1 January 2027. We only advise systems that keep delivering value for tenants after that date.

Our approach

Sustainability with SolarFast

Large-scale projects need structure, clear communication and skilled installers on the roof.

  • End-to-end guidance

From inventory and business case to planning, installation and service: you have one point of contact.

  • Tenants first

Residents get clear advice and personal contact. If solar panels are not worthwhile long term, we say so.

  • Own installers and A-brands

Our own installers work with reliable panels and inverters. No subcontractors on your tenants' roofs.

Process

A proven approach in 5 steps

From first inventory to handover and service: this is how we tackle large-scale sustainability projects.

  1. 1

    Housing stock inventory

We map suitable properties and agree on the product offering and project scope together.

  2. 2

    Advice per home

Each resident receives honest, personal advice on yield, costs and expected benefit.

  3. 3

    Tenant communication

We inform residents proactively and answer questions personally to build support.

  4. 4

    Installation as planned

Our installers fit systems on schedule. Products are registered so warranty and service are covered.

  5. 5

    Aftercare and monitoring

After handover we remain available for service and support monitoring and follow-up where needed.

Questions from housing associations

Every resident receives personal advice upfront about yield, costs and expected benefit. We inform tenants proactively, answer questions personally and schedule the installation in consultation. That builds support before the first installer gets on the roof.

Then we say so honestly. Not every roof is suitable and not every situation delivers enough for residents. We take those homes out of the project scope in consultation, so you only invest where tenants genuinely benefit.

Our own installers. We do not use subcontractors on your tenants' roofs and we install A-brand panels and inverters. Products are registered, so warranty and service are covered from day one.

The Dutch net metering scheme ends on 1 January 2027. After that, what matters most is how much of the generated power residents use directly. We calculate what that means per home and only advise systems that keep delivering value after 2027.

We start with a no-obligation introductory call and an inventory of your housing stock. After that you know which properties are suitable and what the planning looks like. Leave your details via the form and we will get in touch.
