When ISDE fits

Air-to-water
Hybrid or all-electric. An air conditioner that blows warm air is out.
Install first
A building-installation firm fits it. Then you apply, within 24 months.
Code or papers
If the type is on the list, you enter the code. If not, send documents.

After the check: apply
The check is step zero. Then this order, from conditions to eLoket.
Check the conditions
You live in your own home, the unit is new and it is air-to-water. The home is from before 2019, or the permit from before 1 July 2018.
Find the notification code
In the check or on the list. Not on there? Keep the product documents.
Buy and have it fitted
Ask for the code on the quote and invoice. Keep proof of payment.
Apply in eLoket
DigiD app or SMS. In My RVO choose New application, within 24 months.
Wait for the decision
Usually within 8 weeks. Keep the reference number from the confirmation email.
You apply after installation, within 24 months (Dutch). A decision follows within 8 weeks (Dutch).

No. Air-to-air falls outside ISDE. For an air-to-water heat pump, hybrid or all-electric, it can apply.
